Therapy for what you've carried.

Therapy here is not one size fits all.

I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relational wounds, family patterns, identity questions, substance use concerns, and the impact of systems that have shaped how they move through the world.

This work is grounded in clinical training, lived understanding, and a deep respect for context. We look at symptoms, but we also look beneath them: relationships, culture, family roles, survival strategies, institutions, faith or community experiences, and the patterns that continue to repeat despite insight.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a space to understand yourself more clearly, address emotional distress, and work through patterns that feel difficult to shift.

This work may support anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity questions, family conflict, self-doubt, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and relationship patterns that continue to repeat. Together, we look at what is happening now, where it may have started, and what needs to change so you can move with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

Trauma does not only live in memory. It can shape your body, relationships, sense of safety, decisions, boundaries, and the way you understand yourself.

This work supports people impacted by emotional neglect, parentification, attachment wounds, manipulation, grief, spiritual or community harm, workplace or institutional harm, and experiences that were minimized, confusing, or difficult to name. In this work, we focus on how trauma has shaped your nervous system, relationships, self-perception, and ability to feel safe with yourself and others.

Couples & Family Therapy

Relationships do not struggle in a vacuum. Couples and family therapy looks beneath conflict to understand the patterns shaping disconnection, resentment, defensiveness, emotional distance, communication breakdowns, and unmet needs.

This work may include communication concerns, family roles, parenting differences, cultural expectations, generational patterns, rupture and repair, trust issues, and repeated cycles that leave people feeling unheard or alone. The goal is not blame. The goal is to understand the system clearly enough to create healthier, more honest ways of relating.

Children and adolescents often communicate distress through behavior, mood, withdrawal, school concerns, conflict, or changes they may not yet have language for.

This work may support anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity development, emotional regulation, family transitions, school stress, parent-child conflict, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is relational, developmentally aware, and family-informed.

Therapy for children cannot address problems in a vacuum. Often the concern that brought a parent in is not the only thing that needs attention, or even the root of it. This is why I work to avoid what I call garage syndrome, where a child is dropped off for therapy and expected to be picked up "fixed," while the larger context around them stays exactly the same.

When appropriate, I involve caregivers, because lasting change often requires support beyond the therapy room.

Co-Occurring  Support

Mental health and substance use are often connected, and they deserve to be treated that way.

This work supports people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relational pain, or emotional overwhelm alongside substance use patterns. Rather than treating substance use as separate from the rest of your life, we look at what it has helped you manage, what it may be protecting you from, what it has cost, and what needs to be supported underneath it.
